Actions during the crisis or the emergency situation

During the crisis or the emergency situation, please follow these instructions:

  • Stay calm and provide assistance, be familiar with the protocols, and never panic
  • Evacuate the building or the place where the emergency situation will immediately occur, when hearing the fire alarm, or when estimated that if you are kept up in the building you will put your life at risk.
  • Familiarize yourself with all emergency exits at your place of work.
  • Use a torch or your mobile phone when you are in a place where there is no natural light.
  • Do not use a telephone for reasons not relevant to the emergency situation.
  • Do not use the lifts (elevators) in the building and do not open them by force.
  • Move to the disgnated assembly area to your building.
  • Don’t return back to the evacuated building/area unless told to do so.
