Sur University College (SUC) was established in 2001 upon the approval of the Council of Higher Education order number MHE/MO/2001/3/211. The college has also registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the Oman Trading & Industry of Chamber under an excellent category with the commercial record number: 4/10194/4. It is one of the company under Mubarak Bahwan Groups of Companies.
Since its inception, SUC is offering specializations such as Accounting, Finance & Banking, Marketing & Management, Information Technology, Information Systems under Business Administration and Information Systems & Technology departments. These programs are offered under the academic affiliation with Bond University, Australia. From 2012 SUC is offering Mechanical Engineering and Architectural Engineering in affiliation with American University in Cairo, Egypt under Engineering Department. Since 2016, SUC is offering a Master’s Program in Public Administration in Arabic since October 2016 in affiliation with Ain Shams University, Egypt.
To support lifelong learning, SUC is offering “Evening Studies” programs in Engineering, IT, MM and Accounting specializations.
