The Dean is the Chief Executive Officer of the College who is the head of the academic, administrative and financial bodies. He is the Chairman of certain specified Committees of the College and an ex officio member of the strategic and management bodies and committees.

The Dean is responsible to the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors as regards his power and duties. He shall exercise his powers and performs his duties to manage the academic, administrative and financial affairs of the College in accordance with the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations, Policies, Codes and By-Laws of the College. All the assistant deans and the head of the departments and units report to dean for their duties.
