Thus far I’ve completed research projects and published papers/articles in high indexed double-blind peer-reviewed international journals which cover areas focusing Organizational dynamics, Work-life balance, Block chain based cryptocurrencies, Business Intelligence Tools and Team Performance, and other behavioral studies including Investors’ behavior and Risk tolerance profile. Looking back I feel delighted and proud to be a Senior Fellow from both Higher Education Academy UK (SFHEA) and CIMC Canada, and a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology USA. My major research thrust areas include Organizational Behavior, Emotional Intelligence and Stress, Investors’ Behavior, and Work-life balance. Currently, I am serving as an ad-hoc reviewer for various reputed management journals and as an editor for the forthcoming publication “Best Practices in Business Intelligence to Overcome Global Issues during COVID 19 Pandemic”, in association with IGI Global, USA. My ongoing research is concentrated on the domains Innovation and creativity, and Behavioral finance. Finally, to highlight, I am one among the Inventors of the Assessment Model, "Cryptography based financial analytic tool through Artificial intelligence" which has been filed (PCT) under Patent and Intellectual Property rights with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and IP Australia.

Bio: Dr. Randolf Von Salindo has a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from Ateneo de Davao University, Philippines. He has extensive international management experience in both academe and industry, providing him valuable insights into the application of business and management theories into practice. Prior to joining Sur University College as Assistant Professor, he taught as Assistant Professor in a government university in the Philippines for 7 years; and, for more than 4 years in the largest private university in Kingdom of Bahrain. He was appointed and served for 3 ½ years first as Program Head, and then as Dean of the business college in that university, with a team of more than 50 faculty members in three programs. In between these academic posts, he was Business Development Manager in a hospitality company in Bangkok, Thailand for two year; and, as a Marketing Manager for a construction and electromechanical company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. With a healthy balance of theory and practical management experience, Dr. Salindo’s has written various published research articles in locakl and international journals, and has presented his researches in conferences in Bahrain and The Netherlands. His primary research interests are in the areas of marketing, supply chain/value chain management, total quality management and entrepreneurship.

Businesses use information systems at all levels of operation to collect, process, and store data.. As a Management Information Systems researcher, I have witnessed the exponential growth of what is described as “big data”. Big data is a new driver of the world economic and societal changes, business’s data collection is reaching a tipping point for major technological changes that can bring new ways in decision making and knowledge management. Although big-data business model research is still in its infancy, my research intend to exploit the strategic business potential embedded in big data by aggregating and disseminating this big data in the form of information and knowledge needed to carry out the daily operations of business. My research interest is in advancing knowledge management technologies and their application to business e. I have a strong interest in investigating the sources of possible leverage in developing methodologies, techniques and architectures for engineering a knowledge management framework that supports knowledge creation, dissemination and utilization in business enterprise setting. I have a keen interest in applied inter-disciplinary research, whereby the theoretical framework of my research is applied to real-world problems in the domains of Decision support Systems, public Administration and socioeconomic transformation in developing countries. .

Bio: Dr. Saed Adnan Mustafa has a PhD from college of Business, University Utara Malaysia. Prior to his doctorate, Dr. Saed completed Masters of MSc. Management from University Utara Malaysia. Upon completion of his PhD, Dr. Saed worked as assistant professor in Malaysia, Kingdom Of Bahrain and Sultanate of Oman. During this time Dr. Saed participated to maintaining a program for final year student (seminar, practicum, presentations at professional conferences (local) and participation in professional association workgroup, etc.). Dr. Saed has attended more than 10 international conferences and published more than 10 papers. His research interests include CSR, CRM, Marketing strategy and counterfeit product.

Bio: D.C.STALIN. He currently serves the position of Assistant Professor in Accounts and Finance at Sur University College, affiliated to Bond University Australia and University of Sunderland, UK. His career span includes almost 14 years of teaching, research and industry engagement with organizations. Bio: Dr. Ayman is a Sudanese Architect-Environmentalist, with over 18 years of experience in teaching undergraduate architecture students. His degrees include a PhD in Architecture (2014), with an emphasis on sustainability assessment. Master of science 2004, and B.Sc architecture 2000. Prior to joining SUC, he taught in many universities such as OIU, UST and Juba University. As registered architect, He worked with many renowned consultancy firms,such as ECC (Omdurman Islamic University Engineering Consultancy Center) and also Khartoum University Institute for Urban Studies, as part of a team approached by the Ministry of Physical planning and Public Utilities, for technical assistance in the preparation of Physical Development Plans for the rural and urban settlements, and building the capacities of the River Nile State.

Bio: Hanaa Mostafa is a Ph. D from a cooperation program between Helwan University and the institute of Metallurgy, Clausthal University of Technology, Germany. She received her Ph. D in "STRENGTHENING OF MODERN MULTIPHASE STEELS", and obtained a positive evaluation as Assistant Professor in 2012 at Mechanical Design Department, Faculty of Engineering-Matarya, Helwan university. Prior to her doctorate, Dr. Mostafa received her M. Sc. in "PARAMETERS AFFECTING THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF ALUMINUM FRICTION STIR WELDED JOINTS" in 2005, from Helwan University in Cairo. Dr. Mostafa is graduated in Production and Mechanical Design Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, 1999 Her main research interests include Friction stir welding (FSW) ( metals and polymeric materials), Friction stir Processing (FSP), Novel Thermal and Thermo-mechanical treatments of modern bainitic steels, and Ultra-fine bainite in Low carbon low alloy steels.

As a specialist in mechanical optimization design researcher, I use artificial intelligence approaches through experimental methods to enhance and optimize mechanical design. My research focus on improving the design by applying multi-display optimization design approaches. Multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) is essential to the design and operation of a complex system. My doctoral from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, I have mainly kept my research focused on using high technologies and modern software to solve the design of many complex systems such as aircrafts, automobiles, shipbuilding. I have also developed new approaches combining artificial intelligence approaches through experimental methods to enhance and optimize the mechanical design. Those approaches are presented in my first three papers.

Bio: Mohamed Ibrahim Abdelhady is a PhD from the department of architecture, State University of Land Use Planning, Russian Federation 2011. Dr Mohamed Abdelhady Complete completed Masters by Research and MS in Architecture from Ain Shams Unniversity2003, Egypt. Upon completion of his PhD, Dr. Mohamed Abdelhady worked as a Lecturer at the Department of architecture and civil constructions , University of Suez from 1999 up to now. Prior to that, he has worked as a part time in Egyptian Russian University in Egypt, also the architectural consultant for Suez University in Egypt. His research interests include Saving Energy in Buildings, Architectural Technology, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Design and Architecture.
