Community Engagement

SUC aims to sustain a positive relationship with the community at large by providing more community oriented services. It maintains regular contact with local schools providing information about higher education and career opportunities.

SUC has been organizing seminars that are focused on critical issues, such as drug awareness, traffic laws, and accident prevention. SUC student scouts group have been organizing community service activities (e.g. blood donations) on a regular basis over the past years SUC students make frequent visits to the local schools and colleges for various community service programs.

During Cultural Week, community, social and cultural activities are conducted. The people from the local community are invited to participate in those activities. Special speakers are invited to conduct workshops and seminars. SUC conducts book fairs using the old books from the library with the lowest rates.
