Teaching Interests: Knowledge Management Systems, Strategic Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Design, Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, IT System, IS Project Management, Office Automation and Information Ethics.
Research Interests: understanding the role of tacit knowledge in organizations, especially multinational companies (MNCs), explaining based on the experiment how ICT will help organizations capture, transfer and utilize their knowledge assets.
