Bio: Arturo G. Palaming is a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) with specializations in Social Science, English and Biology at Pangasinan State University (Philippines). He graduated “CUM-LAUDE”. He finished his Master of Arts (M.A.) in Teaching in 1991 and Master of Arts in Teaching English as Foreign Language (TESOL/TEFL) in 1996. He received his Doctorate Degree in 2004 majors in Educational Management and Administration and Supervision. He finished his Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in TESOL/TEFL in 2006 at American TESOL Institute (Arizona, USA) and had a face-to-face (classroom) teaching in Japan and Thailand. A holder of a Certificate in Teaching English Grammar, Business English, and Technical English. He was a JICA scholar (Education Sector)..

Bio: Dr. Maricel M. Palaming had a Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education (BSE) major in English Language Teaching (ELT). She completed her Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Educational Management and her Doctorate Degree in Education. She finished her Certificate in TESOL/TEFL at the American TESOL Institute in 2011. She has been in the teaching profession for thirteen years and assigned to teach various courses such as: Integrated English, English Preparation Course I and II and Technical English. Currently, she is an English Language Lecturer in the Foundation and Post Foundation Department at Sur University College.
